Easy Sign-up
1. Download the Better Health Outcomes app.
2. Select register and enter your invite code. You can find the invite code for your general practice below or on their website.
3. Enter your details. You will now have access to your medical information.
Invite Codes
Each general praqctice has a unique Better Health Outcomes invite code which is used to connect you to your general practice. Simply download the app, select register and enter the invite code.
